This platform intends to study the dynamics of global water bodies and urban water systems from a social-ecological-technical systems (SETS) perspective. It suggests the application of several AI-based IoT sensors — from the city down to the household levels — for detection and quantification of contaminants at water distribution systems and wastewater treatment systems, as well as transparent classification of various water-quality parameters.
